We have more than 80 spots available for members
of our summer lease program.
We are taking reservations for the 2026 Summer season.
Contact us early as spaces are very limited, and we do keep a short wait list.
Summer membership provides a dedicated space with your personal name on it, available May 15 to October 15.
Cost: $800 per season

Whether you are going to one of the region's many island communities, staying locally with family or friends, or visiting one of Boothbay Harbor's many sort-term rentals, our parking lot is easy to find and easy to access when you need your vehicle.
Don't spend time trying to find parking, or working about where you leave your car.

Our 5000 square-foot. parking garage provides ample room for up to 40 vehicles. Our storage season begins November 1, with early drop-off starting October 1, and pick-up starting May 15.
Compact: 10-14 ft $100/mo
Mid-size: 14-16 ft $125/mo
Full-size: 16-18 ft $150/mo

For those customers with trailered boats, campers and RVs who don't have space at home and want a secure and well-lit spot for the winter, we have easy access for drop-off and pick-up right downtown!
Cost: $5/ft per month
Please note the lot is not plowed during winter months.
